How do I manage my Redzone account?
You will receive an email with instructions to set up your customer information portal after your service has been installed and activated. You can also access the customer portal setup directly. Your customer portal will allow you to quickly view your invoices and manage your payment details. You also have the ability to make changes to your contact information and view your data usage history.

What payment methods can I use to pay for my monthly service?
Redzone accepts the following payment methods: e-check (linking payment to your checking account), debit card, PayPal, or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover). You can edit your payment method at any time by logging on to your customer information portal. You can access the customer information portal anytime via the My Account link. How do I upgrade or make changes to my Redzone account?
Customer support concerning account information (billing, cancellation, etc.) can be addressed with a customer support specialist by calling 888-322-3130 Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm EST.

What extra taxes and fees will I pay to Redzone for my Internet Service?

  • Taxes: There are no taxes on Internet service.
  • Late Fees: If your monthly bill is paid (1) day later than your scheduled billing date, a late fee of $10.00 will be applied to your account.
  • Nonpayment Reconnection Fee: If you fail to pay your bill by the 10th day of your scheduled billing date, your service will be suspended and you will be charged an additional $25 to reactivate your account.
  • Monthly Charges for Add-on Services: If you choose to add extra services to your account, you will be automatically billed each month.
  • Relocation Fee: If a relocation of Redzone’s equipment is requested by the customer because of a roofing project, or an in-state address change, Redzone will grant such relocations as a courtesy one time per 12-month period.
  • No call/No show fee: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know by contacting us at least 12 hours in advance.
  • One-time charges: Custom installation or equipment fees are charged for specific situations when mutually agreed upon by Redzone and the customer.
  • Network, Transfer & Licensing Fee: $7.00/month to support network maintenance.
  • Rental Fees: One-time rental fee option ($150) OR a monthly fee ($10) for customers choosing to rent a Redzone-owned router.

How do I cancel my Redzone Internet service?
Please call our office at 888-322-3130 to speak with a Redzone Customer Service Associate. The Redzone Retention Department will review your request and work with you to schedule an equipment pick-up date.

How do I know if I am qualified for Redzone internet service?
You can check for service availability at your location by contacting our office at 888-322-3130 or by entering your address: Check Availability.

What happens after I sign up for service?
Our dispatch team will reach out to you to schedule an appointment for a technician to install your new service.

Will the technician also set up my home network & WiFi?
Yes, if a Redzone Managed-WiFi6 router is installed, the technician will help you set up the Command IQ App. No, for customer-owned routers, the setup is your responsibility.

Technical

What technical support is provided with my Internet service?
Redzone’s remote technical support is available 24/7 at 888-322-3130. Field support is available for problems that cannot be resolved remotely. A dispatch fee of $75 will be charged for issues not caused by Redzone. Redzone does not provide technical support for customer-owned equipment.

What is the difference between the Internet and WiFi?
The Internet connects networks and enables data travel, while WiFi wirelessly connects devices to the Internet. If you’re having issues, it’s likely either WiFi or the network itself.

What is WiFi interference?
It is anything that disrupts your wireless signal, often caused by nearby Wi-Fi networks or electronic devices.

I’ve lost access to the internet. How do I know if the trouble is at Redzone or my home network?

  1. Check power and devices.
  2. Check if all WiFi devices have lost connection.
  3. Check for outages in your area.

How do I make changes to my Redzone managed home WiFi network?
